　　这里所说的其他申请材料，一般是你的奖学金证明、排名/GPA 证明、附属说明和Cover Letter 等等。这些东西都属于次要的，并不必须。其中，第一、三项可有可无，对你的申请没有任何影响；第四项最好有，因为大家现在一般都做这个；至于第三项，如果你是前几名还有必要，否则没用。

　　奖学金证明其实不是很有必要，除非你是学校一级的重大荣誉，否则做这个没有什么用。每个人的申请材料中多少都会说自己得过什么什么奖励的，国外大学已经不是很在乎这个了，如果你的一个小奖也要拿去证明一下，纯属多此一举。

　　奖学金证明书的格式一般如下：

　　排名/GPA 证明有时候还是挺有用的，而且在理工科的申请中又比在文科申请中的用处要大。如果你是前 3 名，可以考虑做一个，否则的话就算了。排名/GPA 证明的一般格式如下：

　　附属说明一般用来补充说明一你的申请材料中所没有说明的地方，比如可以自己做一个专业课的 GPA 列表，可以自己解释一下自己的弱项等等。不过这个一般用处不大。也没什么固定格式，不写也无所谓。

　　Cover Letter 是做完所有申请材料之后，寄出材料之前放在申请包裹里的一封信，告诉对方学校这是你的申请材料，里面有哪些内容，请他们认真考虑你的申请等等。一般也叫

　　做 Checklist。这两者本来是有区别的，但是用在申请材料中就无所谓了。我们给出一个一般的 Cover Letter 的格式如下：
